as we have informed you the last 2 months, late september we would publish another official announcement regarding the cancelation of MDF, remaining tickets refunds and updated swap festivals list. we are working hard to meet this deadline!

Please bare with us a few more days and we will release all evidence and solutions! The last 2 months after the cancelation of festival, we work hard to refund all people and finish this story! Already many have been refunded for tickets, tent accomodations, lodge accomodations, Pangea travel services. We will announce a concrete timeline for the rest of refunds, but this process cant be done in 1 night. We believe that during 2011 worldwide, we wil be able to refund the remaining tickets. We understand that many of you are anxious to get their refunds now, but unfortunately we cant refund all in 2 months (since the cancelation) as we are not a corporation and the damage for us is hundreds thousads Euros.

We are here though, communicating with you every day, slowly slowly refunding you and moving forwrd to the end of this unfortunate situation. Again, we are truely sorry for all the hassle and problems that we have caused you and we will deliver to all soon.
