MDF will pursue a low carbon, clean energy policy. All peripheral energy requirements (back stage, market areas, info kiosks) will be supplied from environmentally friendly or renewable sources where possible.

-    Energy consumption during the event will be monitored as a part of our sustainability audit, towards efficiency and smart use.

-    LED lighting and save-energy light bulbs will be used in backstage and market areas, the majority of them powered by solar panels.

-    MDF is committed to the principles of energy autonomy and eco-innovation. Eco-friendly solutions will be tested on site and presented through exhibitions, discussions and best practice exchange.
